Refund Policy

taste-skill is operated by Xuecheng Li, an individual based in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. This policy applies to all purchases of taste-skill digital products (SKILL.md design-system rule packs for AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code): Single Skill ($29), Pro Pack ($69) and Team & Agency ($169), all one-time payments.

14-day refund window

If your download is not as described or does not work, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

• Email space2026@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of your purchase.
• Include your order ID (from your Creem receipt email) and a short description of the problem.

We will review your request and reply by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Creem.

Payment processor

Orders are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Refunds are processed through Creem.
