Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of taste-skill.pages.dev and your purchase of taste-skill products. taste-skill is operated by Xuecheng Li, an individual based in Chengdu, Sichuan, China ("we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
taste-skill sells digital downloads: SKILL.md design-system rule packs for AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code. Current one-time prices: Single Skill $29, Pro Pack $69, Team & Agency $169. Prices are shown in USD at checkout.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), our Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment, applicable taxes and invoices. We do not receive or store your card data.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally after successful payment. If you do not receive your download, contact space2026@mail.grokbot.com.
4. License
On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own projects and, for the Team & Agency tier, within your team or for your clients' projects. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the purchased files as a standalone product.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (14-day refund on request if the download is not as described or does not work).
6. Disclaimer
Products are provided "as is". Output from AI coding tools depends on those tools, and we do not guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the seller's place of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
